How do I publish and share an Event Request Form?

Sharing your Request Forms throughout your company.

When creating an Event Request Form you will set its Permissions setting. There are three options available:

  • Public, for sharing Request Forms that anyone can access, if they have the link. 
  • Single Sign-On (SSO), for sharing Request Forms so that only company employees can access them.
  • Members, for sharing Request Forms so that only your Org members can access.

Each of the options above requires that a potential viewer has the Event Request Form's shareable URL.

To share your Request Form's URL, navigate to your Org Reports & Settings by clicking the building icon at the top of the sidebar > Publishing > Request Forms.

Next, simply click to copy the shareable URL.
