How do I use the EventGeek mobile app?

Available for iOS and Android.

To use the EventGeek app, first download the iOS app from iTunes or the Android app from the Google Play Store.

Once logged into the app, you can:

  • View a list of upcoming events or search for past events. The Event List is the default screen of the app.
  • Click into individual events to view the Event Brief.
  • Click into individual events to view the Checklist.
  • Scan business cards and add/view Contacts.

Business Card Scanning & Contacts

To scan a Contact's business card, click the camera icon in the lower right corner of the app. After taking a picture of the business card, you can confirm or update the Event and add Contact Notes.

Within the Contacts tab, you can view all Contacts that have been added to the Event.


Meetings, Notes & CRM Sync

Within the Contacts tab, click on an individual Contact to view their profile and detailed information, including the Contact's history of Events and Meetings. If your Org has the Salesforce CRM integration enabled, the Contact will be synced with Salesforce.
